We'll come up with a list of a few goals you're working on - anything from reducing physical pain, improving intimacy in relationships, working from a place of greater self confidence at work, gaining clarity around a big decision, really anything at all!

With muscle testing, we'll investigate which chakras are in need of balancing, as this is the energy system that feeds all of our organs, glands and systems. We'll then identify which stuck emotions, limiting beliefs and/or old patterns of thinking need to go that are living and taking up space in the chakras we've identified.  We'll release them, one by one, with my very thorough and easy deeply healing method, without having to revisit their origin! It's that simple!

On average, most clients find that after two or three sessions, they have released all of the paralyzing energies that were claiming their joy and interfering with achieving their goals.
